FREE SHIPPING

Our free shipping offer applies to all orders of TheKiddoToys products from TheKiddoToys.com over $35 (before taxes, fees, and promo codes) that are shipped through Standard Delivery.

SHIPPING METHODS
TheKiddoToys ships via the US Postal Service or UPS depending on weight and destination. No P.O. boxes. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping. We will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships. While most orders ship within 1-3 business days, we do occasionally have delays. For guaranteed delivery dates, please choose Express Shipping at checkout to receive your order within 1-3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Canada only)
All international packages will be calculated by weight and delivered by USPS or UPS. Aside from damaged goods, international orders are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any taxes or duties that may incur when package arrives at destination.

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP
If you would like to make arrangements to pick up your order at our shop, choose “Free Local Pickup” as your delivery method. Text us 16468874800 or e-mail us at [email protected] to make pick-up arrangements.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
TheKiddoToys does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please check carefully that the shipping address you enter is correct. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, customers are responsible for charges to re-ship.

MISSING OR LOST ORDERS
TheKiddoToys is not responsible for missing or lost packages due to courier error. We will however work as hard as we can with you to recover the package and file the necessary claims.
